Drawing on our unique backgrounds and shared values, we’ve built our business on a foundation of integrity, faith, and treating every client like family.
Tammy: My whole childhood I was surrounded by real estate. My dad was a broker, general contractor, and developer. For as long as I can remember, I was right there with him, learning to swing a hammer and work with my hands. By 14, I was balancing the books and learning to read contracts. I loved everything about it. I enjoyed the business side, so I went on to earn a degree in business finance, and started a career in banking.

Over 10 years, I worked hard, moved up the ladder, and eventually became a customer service manager. I’ve always enjoyed working with people and creating good experiences. But the higher I climbed, the more I realized how political and male-dominated it was. It became clear that no matter how hard I worked, there were barriers I just couldn’t break through. I needed to find work that truly fulfilled me.
I returned to my roots, applying years of high-level customer service and management experience to real estate, helping my dad run his businesses. For a year and a half, my parents left the country for a mission trip, leaving me to run everything on my own. It was a great learning experience and prepared me to go out on my own. Initially, I worked as a Team Operation Manager before partnering with Chris in 2014. We share the same values, treating people well and prioritizing family and faith. Our complementary strengths allow us to provide a comprehensive, full-service experience for our clients.

As a mom, my kids come first, always. My step-son, Nick, is married and living in San Francisco, my daughter Taysia is heading to PA school, Tiana is studying criminal justice at UVU, and Crew, my youngest, is a football quarterback and keeps me busy as the team mom. My husband Eddie is a private investigator and singer and drummer, so we love going to live music together and I also love playing the piano. As I like to say, I’m solar powered, so I love being in the sun or swimming in a pool.

Chris: I’ve worn many hats over the years: firefighter, EMT, security guard, master mechanic, and now real estate professional. There has always been that love for service in my life. After having our youngest, TyLee, I returned to St. George wanting a career that gave me more flexibility to be present with my family. That’s what brought me to real estate.
My dad was a teacher and basketball coach, but he also bought land and built homes on the side. It wasn’t until 2013 when I was looking for a change that I realized how many opportunities were in real estate. I became the market center administrator for Keller Williams. I was running all their books, doing all their training, ensuring all contracts and operations were in compliance. It was a great way to learn and led me to ultimately become a REALTOR® to help clients directly.
Together, Tammy and I make a great team. I’ve done a bit of everything, so I find it easy to connect with people quickly. I’m also a licensed general contractor. Tammy is excellent at negotiations and securing details for a deal to close. We are passionate about what we do and aim to have a positive impact on everyone we serve.
Everything I do is for my family. My oldest, Tavin, is married and gave me my first grandchild. Jaiden also recently got married and is highly artistic and focused on her education. HarLee Davis is very smart and will be earning her associates degree upon graduating from high school in 2027. And my youngest, TyLee, is passionate about dance and gymnastics. I’m also the assistant wrestling coach at Utah Tech University, and love being outdoors camping, hiking, and being out on the water.

We approach real estate with a service mindset, always thinking how we can add more value to our client’s experience. We are a true one-stop shop for our clients. With our combined backgrounds in helping run brokerages behind the scenes, general contracting, customer service, and business management, we can help with everything from buying and selling homes to land deals, commercial properties, new construction, and remodels. Having a general contracting license means we can do everything from helping tackle an inspection list to even building a home. You dream it, we can help get it done! We are also part of multiple MLS systems to give our listings maximum exposure across the state, and we have a trusted network of professionals for any need that comes up.
Our approach is highly personal and relationship-driven. We will never hand you off to someone else. When you work with us, you get us! That ensures everyone is always on the same page. Communication is a fundamental aspect of our approach. You will always know what to expect and have easy access to use. To put it simply, we answer our phones! Our goal is to remove roadblocks and help our clients achieve successful outcomes.
We treat our clients like family, so that means even after the transaction is over, we are here to support you! We love staying connected with our real estate family and are always thrilled to turn clients into lifelong friends.
Sincerely,

Tammy Warmsley
